TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using any product or service offered by BB Quant Labs LLC DBA Bullish Brainiacs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to bullishbrainiacs.com, the Bullish Brainiacs Intelligence Platform, Norm's Analysis, and the Intelligence Report (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL GUIDANCE. BB Quant Labs LLC DBA Bullish Brainiacs is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or financial institution of any kind. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any other financial regulatory body. All content, signals, analysis, commentary, win rates, and data presented by the Service — including all content attributed to "Norm" — is educational in nature and reflects publicly available information. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

All congressional trade data presented by the Service is sourced from publicly available STOCK Act disclosures filed with the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate. This information is a matter of public record. We do not allege, imply, or suggest that any member of Congress has engaged in illegal activity. We present public filing data with context. The characterization of any trade as having a "committee conflict," "notability score," or similar designation is our editorial assessment of publicly available information, not a legal conclusion. Nothing in our congressional trade coverage constitutes an accusation of insider trading, corruption, or any other legal violation.

We publish our signal track record publicly, including all losses. Our win rate calculations reflect directional accuracy on publishable signals meeting our stated criteria (EXTREME and HIGH conviction, BB Score ≥ 70, evaluated over a 5-trading-day hold period). We timestamp signals at publication, before outcomes are known. We do not backtest, select, or curate signals after the fact. All graded signals — wins and losses — are included in the denominator. Win rate is directional accuracy only and does not represent actual trading returns. We do not guarantee any particular win rate in the future. Historical win rates may not be indicative of future results.

Paid subscriptions (Norm's Analysis at $29/mo and Intelligence Report at $129/mo) are billed monthly through Stripe. Founding member rates are locked permanently for subscribers who join at the founding rate and maintain continuous active subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Founding member rates are honored as long as the subscription remains active without lapse.

You agree not to: (a) redistribute, resell, or share paid content with non-subscribers; (b) use the Service to make investment decisions on behalf of others for compensation without appropriate registration; (c) scrape, copy, or republish our proprietary signal data, scoring methodology, or analytical frameworks; (d) misrepresent our track record or win rates in any public communication.

All content, scoring methodologies, the Norm character and voice, brand assets, and analytical frameworks are the intellectual property of BB Quant Labs LLC DBA Bullish Brainiacs. Congressional filing data and market data are sourced from public sources and third-party data providers and are not our intellectual property.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BB QUANT LABS LLC DBA BULLISH BRAINIACS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR SIGNAL WILL BE PROFITABLE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas. BB Quant Labs LLC is a Texas limited liability company operating the Bullish Brainiacs brand as a registered DBA.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
